If you are finding it challenging to make regular time to meditate, try a simple during-the-day breathing practice. It will change your state of mind and your physicality.
It will literally “break” the state you were in, and clear your mind.
It’s a simple as getting comfortable, beginning to notice your breath, and then taking a few long leisurely breaths, consciously, in and out.
You’ll be refreshed when you resume the activity of your day.
